Charlotte Creech

Co-Founder

Charlotte is a co-founder of C2C. As a veteran spouse and supporter, Charlotte has a keen understanding of the challenges facing separating military members and veterans, especially when it comes to pursuing higher education. While her husband was applying to college after separating from the Air Force, Charlotte witnessed firsthand the lack of services and information available to assist veterans in evaluating and matching with programs that will be supportive of their unique needs—an observation which has helped shape the vision for Combat2Career.

Prior to co-founding C2C, Charlotte worked as a Program Manager for the University of Connecticut’s Technology Incubation Program, providing business development and strategic marketing and research services to high-growth technology startups. Additionally, she has worked as a leading marketing and business consultant for a variety of companies, ranging from a technology startup in education software to a multinational manufacturer of military applications. She began her career in the financial services industry managing and executing litigation strategies for a multi-million dollar portfolio of mass tort claims as a Consultant at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.

Charlotte has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bentley University and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Venture Consulting from the University of Connecticut. She currently resides in Granby, CT with her daughter and husband, an Air Force Veteran who served from 2001-2005 (active duty) and 2006-2009 (USAF reserves), including a deployment to Kirkuk, Iraq.
